This class starts with a vinyasa flow gradually designed to slow down. The flow is a combination of restorative yin postures and deep stretch variations.
The Bikram yoga or hot yoga sequence is always the same as it is specifically designed to use and stretch every muscle in the body over the course of the class.
Our studio is equipped with an infrared heating system which is designed to gently warm up your body instead of the room and is designed to maintain a consistent temperature throughout your workout.
There are so many benefits to stretching and working out in a heated environment! Firstly – due to the heat it is much easier to stretch the body more safely and more effectively! The heat element definitely makes our classes much more challenging than your average class –therefore it’s super important to listen to your body and remember to slow down and take breaks as required!
